Mr. John Victor

Lynchburg, Va.

May 21, 1925

My dear Mr. Victor:-

Replying to yours of the 21st instant. The following is a list of changes that I would make.

One new laythe.
$1200.00
One 6 oz. pressure blower.
$2500.00
To complete the underground wind system.
$ 500.00
To have Ingersol-Rand Co. to put our
   compressors in working order.
$1000.00

________
Total Estimated Cost
$5200.00

I am confident with these changes that this plant can break even. And the excessive labor will be reduced and the quality and quantity of the production will be increased.

[signed] J William Gayner
